Interpersonal Process Therapy Group
Most of life’s problems are relational in nature. Participating in a group that specifically focuses on the relationships amongst group members can be very helpful in addressing a variety of problems. The focus of this group is on relationships; relationship problems outside of the group and, more importantly, relationship difficulties that are created amongst group members and the group facilitator. In other words, what happens within the process groups oftentimes mimics what happens in your outside relationships. If you have recurrent difficulties with your significant other, family members, friends, coworkers, and supervisors, then this group will likely be of help.
